Neha collection have a 7-day Return Refund policy
refund will be initialised within 2 days after return completed
Please Note - Date of Delivery is also counted, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return or refund
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
NOTE - Please Send a Picture of the Product, Send a Pic of invoice Attached on the top of Parcel. MONEY WILL BE REFUNDED ONLY AFTER PICKUP OF THE PRODUCT.
Mode of Payment - Money will be refunded by Online Payment Modes Like Google Pay, Paytm, PhonePe or Account Transfer, As per Convenience.
PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES WILL BE INITIATED ONLY AFTER THE PICKUP OF THE PRODUCT YOU RECEIVED. WITHOUT PICKUP, EXCHANGE OF REFUND WILL NOT BE INITIATED
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
FOR EVERY REFUND OR RETURN CASES CUSTOMER HAVE TO PROVIDE UNBOXING VIDEO, IMAGES NOT APPLICABLE, AND VIDEO SHOULD TAKE IN FRONYT OF DELIVERY BOY NOT AFTER DELIVERY
